1-Year Limited Warranty
Tech Tesseract by Scilacci Ltd.
Tech Tesseract by Scilacci Ltd. offers a 1-Year Limited Warranty that covers defects in materials and workmanship under normal use conditions. This warranty applies only to laptops, tablets, and phones purchased directly from us.
Coverage:
- Term: This warranty is valid for one year from the original date of purchase.
- Scope: The warranty applies only to the hardware components of the device and the included accessories originally packaged with the product.
Services:
Should a hardware defect arise within the warranty period, Tech Tesseract reserves the right to:
- Repair the product using new or refurbished parts,
- Replace the product with a new or a refurbished one that is equivalent to the product being replaced,
- Refund the purchase price of the product.
Rapid Response Commitment:
- We commit to responding to all warranty claims within 24 hours, excluding weekends and public holidays.
- We provide a free return label for defective products within one business day after the claim is processed.
Shipping Commitments:
- For returned defective products, we cover all shipping costs.
- We aim to repair or replace defective products within five business days of receipt. If a product is particularly large or heavy, we reserve up to 30 days to offer a repair or replacement solution.
Exclusions:
This warranty does not cover:
- Problems resulting from external causes, such as accidents, abuse, misuse, or other actions or events beyond our reasonable control.
- Use of the product with non-compatible software or hardware.
- Products with serial numbers that have been altered, tampered with, or removed.
- Normal wear and tear, cosmetic damage, or issues due to aging such as discoloration and deterioration.
- Consumable parts such as batteries and protective coatings that are designed to diminish over time.
- Accessories such as chargers and cables.
- Damage or defects caused by the use of third-party components, alterations, or repairs not authorized by Tech Tesseract.
- Issues related to software and software integration, including the operating system, applications, and data loss and recovery.
Claim Process:
To obtain warranty service, you must contact Tech Tesseract customer support (support@tech-tesseract.co.uk) with:
- Your device’s serial number,
Proof of purchase, - A detailed description of the issue.
- You may be required to deliver the product in either its original packaging or packaging that provides an equal degree of protection, to an address specified by Tech Tesseract.
Limitations:
Except as provided in this warranty and to the extent permitted by law, Tech Tesseract disclaims all other warranties, expressed or implied, including warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose. Our liability for hardware malfunctions and defects is limited solely to repair, replacement, or refund as specified in this warranty. We do not accept liability beyond the remedies provided for in this limited warranty or for consequential or incidental damages.
Data Security on Returns:
Ensure that all personal data is deleted and you are logged out from any accounts associated with the product. We provide instructions on how to delete personal data for various accounts upon request.
