RETURNS & REFUND POLICY

At Tech-Tesseract, your satisfaction is paramount to us. We understand that sometimes a purchase doesn’t work out.

Here’s how we handle returns and refunds:

30-Day Returns

You have 30 days from the date of delivery to decide if an item is right for you. If you’re not completely satisfied, you can return it to us.

Condition of Returns:

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Damage Reporting:

If the product arrives damaged or defective, please report it to us within 48 hours of delivery. Please provide detailed photos of the damage to assist with the processing of your claim.

Return Postage:

Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer.

  • We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance.

We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item, and we are not responsible for items lost or damaged during return transit.

Refunds:

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also inform you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.

Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items:

Certain types of items cannot be returned, such as special orders or personalized items. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Exchanges:

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

Items Not Eligible for 30-days return:

Items sold as ‘Wall-E Wonder’ grade (i.e. Grade-E Items) are not eligible for returns, exchanges, or refunds.
